You can assign external calls to certain projects.
Prerequisite: Project numbers (1 - 5) are configured for
certain projects and you have an account code (project
code) for the project.
Dialing with project assignment
N Open the Program/Service menu Æ page 26.
j Enter a service code between 61 (for project number 1)
and 65 (for project number 5).
j Enter the PIN.

N Open the Program/Service menu Æ page 26.
Select and confirm the option shown.
Confirm the option shown.
if nec.
Select and confirm PIN 2 to PIN 5.
j Enter the external phone number.
Then make a call as usual Æ page 29.

Project assignment is temporary. It is automati-
cally switched off if you have not used your
phone, for example, for five minutes.
