Procedure for mounting
Working from the front, insert the device into the
mounting cut-out.
Make sure that all four spring fasteners latch fully into
place on the upper and lower side of the device. If
necessary, press the device again carefully into the
mounting slot at the place that is not fully latched into
position.
Insert a mounting clip into the cutout provided on the
device.
For more detailed correct positions, refer to above
table.
To secure the mounting clip, tighten the grub screw
with the slot screwdriver, torque 0.5 Nm.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all mounting clips are
securely fastened.
Check the fit of the mounting seal.
Result
The device is mounted and the relevant degree of protection is ensured at the front.

You can also fasten the SIMATIC IPC277G using a VESA (Video Electronics Standards
Association) adapter. Different models of VESA adapters are offered by third-party
manufacturers.
