Risk of fire through expansion cards
Expansion cards generate additional heat. The device may overheat and cause a fire.
Please note the following:
• Observe the safety and installation instructions for the expansion cards.
• If in doubt, install the device in an enclosure that is compliant with requirements to
sections 4.6 and 4.7.3 of the EN 60950-1:2006 and IEC/UL/EN/DIN-EN 60950-1
standards.
Expansion cards that comply with the following standards are supported:
● PCI; Rev 2.3
Expansion cards with 5 V supply voltage can be operated
● PCIe; Gen. 1, Gen. 2, Gen. 3
● The device is opened.
● A T10 screwdriver
