7 Commissioning the Router Kit LAN / LTE
7.1 Preparing the hardware
Requirements
All components are installed as described under "Installing the Router Kit LAN / LTE in the
installation enclosure (page 34)".
Procedure
1. Insert the SIM card into the LTE module (SCALANCE M876-4).
2. Attach the LAN cable between the LTE module and a PC with adapter.
3. Supply the Router Kit with a voltage of 230 V AC (SITOP PSU100C).

Requirements
● The IP addresses to be assigned must be in the same address range as the IP address
of the LTE module (default IP of the LTE module is 192.168.1.1).
● You require administrator rights to download the PST.
● You need a ready-for-use LAN adapter to set the IP address.
