3.6.11.3 Start-up
● The circuit and the function are subjected to a routine test at the works.
● The circuit is supplied ex works with the following settings:
– Safety relay -K110:
The off-delay time of the -K110 safety relay is 15 seconds (setting range 0.5 - 30
seconds).
The off-delay time is the time after which the circuit-breaker disconnects the drive and
the motor from the supply system following a faulty state of the circuit (after activation
of the "Safe Torque Off" function).
– Time relay -K120:
The response and off-delay time of the time relay -K120 is 10 seconds (setting range
0.05 s - 100 h). Additional settings: C (response and off-delay time with auxiliary voltage).
The off-delay time is the time after which the PSA disconnects the supply of the fiber-
optic transmitter of the ignition pulses in the case of a fault-free state of the circuit (after
activation of the "Safe Torque Off" function). The power supply to the motor is thus safely
interrupted.
– Voltage monitoring relay -A11:
Rotary switch operating mode: WL (overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring with error
memory).
Potentiometer ① "START" (Start-up bridging duration): 0 (0 sec).
Potentiometer ② "MAX" (Overvoltage trip threshold): 25.8 V.
Potentiometer ③ "MIN" (Undervoltage trip threshold) 50% (15 V).
Potentiometer ④ "DELAY" (Tripping delay duration): 0 (0.1 sec).
