Set the following machine data:

Memory allocation for tool management
Set the tool management parameters according to
the machine requirements. If you are not using the
TM function, set MD 18084 and 18086 to “0”. This
gives you more part program memory.

If the NCU 571/572/573 with larger memory is used, the memory must be
enabled.
S Enter value 1900 in MD 18230: MM_USER_MEM_BUFFERED.
S Make a copy of the series installation file.
S Perform POWER ON (the memory is reorganized).
S Reload series installation file in the control.
MD 18060 shows how much user memory is still available.
Recommendation:
Values greater than 15000 should be displayed so that data (e.g. tool offsets)
can be imported at any time.
Note
Under normal circumstances do not change any of the other memory settings!
