With this declaration you warrant that the device/replacement part has been carefully
cleaned and is free of residues. The device/replacement part does not pose a hazard
for humans and the environment.
If the returned device/replacement part has come into contact with poisonous,
corrosive, flammable or water-contaminating substances, you must thoroughly
clean and decontaminate the device/replacement part before returning it in order to
ensure that all hollow areas are free from hazardous substances. Check the item after
it has been cleaned.
Any devices/replacement parts returned without a decontamination declaration will
be cleaned at your expense before further processing.
