4.4.2.8 Retrofit of miniature withdrawable unit compartment to
different unit sizes
Las placas adaptadoras pueden estar equipadas con shutter que
tape las aberturas para los contactos (ver apartado 1.4.4.1). Al
remodelar, retirando un panel separador, un compartimento para
unidad de ¼ a ½ es necesario retirar el shutter de la abertura dere-
cha. Dicha abertura para los contactos principales puede taparse con
la pieza 8PQ9138-5AA81. Al remodelar, colocando un panel separa-
dor, un compartimento para unidad de ½ a ¼ es necesario retirar en
el compartimento derecho una tapa eventual presente delante de las
aberturas para contactos. Dicha placa adaptadora debe estar dimen-
sionada para unidades de ¼; de lo contrario debe reemplazarse
completamente.
The adapter plates can be retrofitted with a shutter, which covers the
opening for the contacts (see section 1.4.4.1). In the case of conver-
sion from the ¼- to the ½-module compartment, through the removal
of a partition, the shutter is to be removed from the right-hand open-
ing. This opening for the main contacts can be covered with the
accessory 8PQ9138-5AA81. When converting from ½- to ¼-module
compartments, by means of the insertion of a partition, a cover
(8PQ9138-5AA81) which may possibly be present in front of the
openings for the contacts in the right-hand compartment must be
removed. The adapter plate must be designed for ¼ modules, other-
wise this must be completely replaced.
