Operating messages - Meaning Description
0 Limit for load cell signal exceeded or
undershot
The measurement signal is too high.
Measure the measurement voltage with a
multimeter and check the load cells. Check
the set characteristic value in DR3.
1 Minimum voltage at the sense line
undershot
Minimum voltage at the sense line
undershot. The following reasons are
possible:
- The voltage drop in the line up to
the junction box
- Line break
- Jumpers missing for 4-wire option
- Short circuit in the lines.
2 Watchdog
The error can mean that the module is
defective. Contact the SIWAREX hotline.
3 Error in EPROM
The error can mean that the module is
defective. Contact the SIWAREX hotline.
4 Error in EEPROM
The error can mean that the module is
defective. Contact the SIWAREX hotline.
5 Error in RAM The error can mean that the module is
defective. Contact the SIWAREX hotline.
6 ADC error The AD converter had to be restarted due to
a serious fault.
The error can mean that the module is
defective. Contact the SIWAREX hotline.
7 Number overflow in weight calculation The record parameters lead to the number
overflow during the weight calculation.
The weight can be displayed with 15 bits
plus prefix.
8 No 24 V supply The external 24 V supply is not present.
