4.7.2 Single Detector Backplanes in a ST900 Large Outercase
With reference to Figure 79 when a ST900 Lager Outercase is specified a 19” Swing Frame will
be provided. One or more 19” Detector Rack Kits should be specified and mounted to the 19”
Swing Frame, which in turn provides the platform to mount Detector Backplanes. The maximum
number of supported Detector Cards that can be specified is eight. Please refer to Figure 80 for
the items that should be ordered on this controller configuration. Figure 79 shows the mounting
position for the 19” Detector Rack Kit. Power for the Detector Cards is provided by the Detector
Supply Kit; refer to paragraph 4.15 for further information of Detector Supply Kits.
