Select Basting Stitch.
Holding both needle thread
and bobbin thread together,
draw them under the presser
foot and towards the back of
the sewing machine.
Start to sew.

Basting stitch
The Basting Stitch is used to temporarily secure fabric.
Multi-stitch zigzag stitch
Multi-stitch zigzag stitch is used for attaching elastic tape, stay tape or overcasting
cut edge of knit fabric.
Sew elastic tape on body fabric while
slightly stretching it.
This stitch style is used for sewing fabric that is likely to fray or knit fabric.
Position the fabric under the presser foot so that the needle enters just
the edge of the material.

The Basting Stitch
automatically is set to 10mm
stitch length. It is adjustable
to 5-10-15-20 mm stitch
length.
