9 Routine Cleaning
Cabinet
Ensure the cabinet is unplugged from the power supply before cleaning.
Wipe the outside of the cabinet with a damp cloth, and the inside of the
cabinet with standard stainless steel cleaners suitable for food preparation
areas. Take care to keep moisture away from electrical parts.
IMPORTANT
Do NOT use abrasive, corrosive or solvent based cleaners, as
this could damage the protective coating on the cabinet
exterior.
