Cleaning the air filters
WARNING
Cleaning a wall-mounted projector can result in a fall or injury. Use caution when climbing a
ladder.
CAUTION
l
Before you clean the projector, press the Power button twice on the remote control or
the projector keypad to put the system in Standby mode, and then wait 90 seconds for the
fans to turn off.
l When you clean the air filters, SMARTrecommends you wear protective gloves and, a face
mask or a respirator.
l Clean the air filters in a well-ventilated area.
A message will appear reminding you to clean the filters.
When cleaning the air filters:
l Use compressed air to clean the filters.
l You can also order replacement air filters (part no. 1026200) from your authorized
SMARTreseller (smarttech.com/where). It contains two replacement air filters.
To clean the air filters
