Replacement of Main Parts
This section describes replacement methods for periodic replacement parts, main mechanical parts, and mount boards.
3-1. Tightening Torque
When tightening screws used in this unit, be sure to use a torque driver and tighten screws to the specified tightening
torque.
If the specified tightening torque is described in the figure in this section, tighten screws to the specified tightening
torque in the figure

BTP2.6 x 10: 0.53 ±0.07 N·m
BTP3 x 10: 0.53 ±0.07 N·m (INCOM)
BTP3 x 10: 0.80 ±0.12 N·m (Connector of the rear panel)
K3 x 6: 0.80 ±0.12 N·m
K3 x 8: 0.80 ±0.12 N·m
M2.6 x 5: 0.53 ±0.07 N·m
PSW3 x 6: 0.80 ±0.12 N·m
PSW3 x 10: 0.80 ±0.12 N·m
PSW4 x 8: 1.4 ±0.1 N·m
Tip
When using the torque driver with the notation of cN·m, interpret it as follows.
Example: 0.8 N·m = 80 cN·m
