4-2. Reference Signal System Adjustment
4-2-1. 27 MHz VCO Free-Running Adjustment
Preparation
1. Connect the frequency counter to the SYNC connector on the rear panel with a BNC cable.
2. Start this adjustment after 10 minutes have elapsed from power-on.
Adjustment
Procedure
1. Start up the maintenance mode. (Refer to “6-1-1. Starting/Exiting the Maintenance Mode”.)
2. Open [M05: ANALOG ADJUST] of the MAINTENANCE menu.
3. Set [VCO SDCK] to ON.
4. Adjust the [VCO SDCK] value so that the frequency falls within the range of 27 MHz ±50 Hz.
5. Set [VCO SDCK] to OFF.
6. Select [STORE] and store the value.
7. Finish the maintenance mode.
Setting after Adjustment
After this adjustment is completed, reconnect the disconnected cable.
