-- SURR BACK DECODING
This function lets you select the decoding mode
for the surround back signals of the multi
channel input stream.
By decoding the surround back signal of DVD
software (etc.) recorded in Dolby Digital EX,
DTS-ES Matrix, DTS-ES Discrete 6.1, etc.
format, you ca:: e:_joy the surround sound
intended by the filmmakers.
Press SURR BACK DECODING repeatedly
to select the surround back decoding
mode.
For details, see "How to select the surround back
decoding :node" on page 35.
Tip
You can select the surround back decoding :::ode using
"SB XXXX" in the CUSTOMIZE menu (page 39)
Note
You can select the surround back decoding mode only
when AFD mode is selected.
