PHYSICAL TRANSMITTER ADJUSTMENTS
Control Stick Length Adjustment
1. Hold the lower knurled section of the control stick to keep it
from spinning.
2. Rotate the upper knurled section of the control stick
counterclockwise to separate and loosen the sections.
3. Make the stick longer by rotating the upper section
counterclockwise or shorter by rotating it clockwise.
4. When the desired length is achieved, hold the upper section to
keep it from rotating and tighten the lower section against it.
Neck Strap Mount
The NX7e includes two choices of neck strap mounts, a single
hole, straight mount and a multi-hole mount.
The multi-hole mount is reversible to allow some adjustability of
the balance of the transmitter when using a neck strap.
To reverse the direction of the mount or change the mount:
1. Push the “Unlock” button to the right.
2. Pull the neck strap mount out of the transmitter.
3. Rotate the mount 180° or change to the single hole mount
and insert into the opening.
4. Push the mount in the slot until it locks in place.
Removing the Gimbal and Battery Covers
To remove the gimbal covers:
1. Remove the lock tool from the bottom of the transmitter case.
2. Insert the lock tool into the slot of the gimbal cover until it clicks.
3. Pull the tool straight out. The gimbal cover will partially lift
away from the transmitter face.
IMPORTANT: Never twist or pry sideways on the lock tool.
Doing so may cause the tool to break off inside the slot.
4. Carefully remove the cover from the transmitter, exposing the
gimbal adjustment screws.
5. Replace the lock tool in the bottom of the transmitter.
To remove the battery cover:
1. Remove the lock tool from the bottom of the transmitter case.
2. Insert the lock tool into the slot of the battery cover until it clicks.
3. Pull the lock tool straight out. The battery cover will partially lift
away from the battery compartment.
IMPORTANT: Never twist or pry sideways on the lock tool.
Doing so may cause the tool to break off inside the slot.
4. Remove the battery cover from the transmitter.
5. Replace the lock tool in the bottom of the transmitter.
