Model F120 UV/IR Flame Detector
REPLACING THE SENSOR
The UV and two IR sensors are installed on the top board of the electronics module. If any
of the sensors are damaged or non-functional, the entire electronics module must be sent to
the factory for repairs or replacement.

WARNING: Do not tamper or in any way disassemble the sensors from the electronics
module. Dispose sensors and electronic modules in an environmentally safe
manner. Disposal should be according to local waste management requirements
and environmental guidelines or legislation. You may return sensors and electronic
modules to Safety Systems Technology clearly marked for environmental disposal.
How to Replace the Sensors
The sensors used in the electronics module of the ame detector have no serviceable parts.
The sensors along with the electronics module must be replaced when it has reached the
end of their operational life.
