Observed problem:
Water leaking from the lid area.
Possible causes and solutions:
l Make sure that all instruments in the basket are below the water level, and no
instruments are pointing towards the lid.
l Inspect the lid seal for damage. If damaged, the seal will need to be replaced by a
service technician. Contact the supplier.
Observed problem:
Dock Basket appears on the display.
Possible causes and solutions:
l Make sure that the basket is fully docked in the tank.
l Make sure that the correct basket is being used with the sonic irrigator. The Unity
basket and Unity 20 baskets are NOT interchangeable and can only be used with
their own model variant. Baskets from other Steris sonic irrigators are not
compatible with the Unity or Unity 20 sonic irrigators.
l
Make sure that the basket is clean and undamaged.
