Observed problem:
Close lid appears on the display.
Possible causes and solutions:
l Make sure that the lid is completely closed.
l Make sure that instruments in the basket are not preventing the lid from closing.
Observed problem:
Instrument channels and inside surfaces not cleaned. Sonic irrigator not flushing
instruments sufficiently.
Possible causes and solutions:
l Make sure that luer hoses are fully connected to the flush ports.
l Make sure that connections on luer hoses are firmly attached.
l Make sure that luer hoses are not split, ruptured, or kinked.
l Make sure that the basket is fully docked in the tank.
l Make sure that the recirculation filter is not clogged.
l Make sure that instruments are not blocking the drain.
l Make sure that at least one luer hose is connected to each flush manifold on the
basket.
l Facility power may be incorrect for the equipment. Make sure that the facility
power meets the specified requirements.
