A) Replacement of the supports of the blades
Free the blade belt (3) from the clutch pulley (4) and
set the cutting height adjustment lever to position «1».
Unscrew the central screws (7) and unthread the pul -
leys (8).
NOTE The removal of pulleys may be facilitated by
the use of the specic pulley extractor (19).
Remove the left and right side guards (if provided).
Remove the cutting deck.
NOTE This operation is not strictly necessary since,
with a lit tle practice and experience, it is possible to
dismantle the deck supports without removing the
cutting deck.
Remove the blades and take o the hub
Remove the right (1) and left (2) guards xed by the
relative screws and/or nuts.

Tightening torques
7 Screws for pulleys fastening ........... 20 ÷ 25 Nm
10 Flanged support xing nuts........... 25 ÷ 30 Nm
