15.1 Tools, Servicing Aids
– Socket, T27x125 – 0812 542 2104 or equivalent
– Torque wrench – 5910 890 0302 or equivalent
– Screwdriver, T27x200 – 5910 890 2415 or equivalent
15.2 Removing the Filter Base
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove the filter cover
N Remove the air filter (1).
N If the seal (2) is damaged: Remove the seal (2).
N Take out the screws (3).
N Remove the filter base (4).
15.3 Installing the Filter Base
N Place the filter base (4) in position.
N Insert and tighten down the screws (3).
N Turn the screws (3) another 90°.
N Push seal (2) onto flange of filter base (4) as far as
stop.
N Fit the air filter (1).
N Fit the filter cover.
N If a new air filter (1) has been fitted: Calibrate the saw,
@ 4.
The controller is optimally adjusted to suit the mechanical
components.
15.4 Removing the Throttle Body
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove the filter cover
N Remove the filter base, @ 15.2.
N Remove the throttle body (5) and disconnect it from
the throttle linkage (7).
N Remove the sleeve (6).
15.5 Installing the Throttle Body
N Fit the sleeve (6) in the manifold.
N Connect throttle body (5) to throttle linkage (7) and
place it in position.
N Install the filter base, @ 15.3.
N Fit the filter cover.
N Calibrate the saw, @ 4.
The controller is optimally adjusted to suit the mechanical
and mechatronic components.
