WARNING
The fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12) may be
damaged during removal. Fuel may escape.
Replace the fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12).
N Pull the fuel suction hose (10) off the injection pump
(3), @ 20.2.
N Pull the impulse hose (11) off the injection pump (3),
@ 20.8.
N Pull the fuel hose (12) off the injection pump (3), @
20.4.
N Remove the stop switch (8), @ 21.3.
21.6 Installing the Injection Pump
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove the stop switch (8), @ 21.8.
WARNING
The fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12) may be
damaged during removal. Fuel may escape.
Replace the fuel suction hose (10) and fuel hose (12).
N Push the fuel suction hose (10) onto nipple of
injection pump (3) as far as stop, @ 20.3.
N Push impulse hose (11) onto nipple of injection
pump (3) as far as stop so that the molded rib (arrow)
points in direction of cylinder, @ 20.9.
N Push the fuel hose (12) onto nipple of injection pump
(3) as far as stop, @ 20.5.
N Remove the injection pump (3), @ 21.2.
21.7 Installing Cap and Spring on Injection Pump
N Fit the spring (4) into the guide in the injection pump
(3) so that it snaps into place.
N Fit cap (5) in the groove in the injection pump (3).
N Place the bracket (6) in position.
N Insert and tighten down the screws (7).
N Install injection pump (3), @ 21.9.
21.8 Installing the Stop Switch
N Fit the stop switch (8) in the bracket (6) and engage it
in position.
N Fit the cover (9) and engage it in position.
N Install injection pump (3), @ 21.9.
21.9 Installing the Injection Pump
N Fit the stop switch (8), @ 21.8.
N Fit the injection pump (3) together with the stop
switch (8) and cover (9).
N Fit the stop switch wires so that they are under the
throttle linkage.
N Press the stop switch wires into the guides in the
handle housing, @ 19.8.
N Insert and engage stop switch connector in controller,
@ 19.8.
N Fit the bracket (2).
N Insert and tighten down the screw (1) firmly.
N Install throttle body and sleeve, @ 15.5
N Install the filter base, @ 15.3.
N Install the air filter.
N Fit the filter cover.
N Calibrate the saw, @ 4.
The controller is optimally adjusted to suit the mechanical
and mechatronic components.
