If the injection valve (8) is damaged: Install a new injection
valve (8).
Install a new sleeve (7).
N Coat O-rings (16 and 17) with press fluid.
N Position the sleeve (7) so that the spacers (arrows)
face the shoulder on the injection valve (8).
N Push the sleeve (7) onto the injection valve (8) as far
as stop.
N Push injection valve (7) into injection body (12) as far
as stop.
N If the injection module (12 and 8) has been removed:
Install the injection module (12 and 8), @ 25.9.
N Install the contact strip (11), @ 25.7.
N Fit cable lug of sensor’s red wire, @ 22.4.
N Install the airflow shroud (4), @ 25.5.
N Test the fuel system for leaks and correct operation,
@ 4.
N Calibrate the saw, @ 4.
The controller is optimally adjusted to suit the mechanical
and mechatronic components.
