Methods can be adjusted to suit the particular requirements of
the user.
The AbraPol-10 software includes 20 Metalog Guide Methods, 10
for the 300 mm disc and 10 new methods which have been
adapted to suit the new 350 mm disc.
As the Struers methods can not be changed or deleted, the first
step will often be to copy a Struers method into the User Methods
database and then adjust it to suit individual requirements.
The storing capacity for new/adapted methods is 250 units – a
method name is one unit and a method step is also one unit.
Example: a method with four steps takes up five units
a method with five steps takes up six units etc.
The typical method has approximately 3 to 5 steps and this allows
room for 40 to 50 methods.
In the Main Menu select STRUERS METHODS.
