Names are sorted alphabetically but EMPTY METOD is always
placed as the last method in the list.
The list can show eight methods at a time – if you want to move
down in the list quickly a quick turn of the knob allow you to go to
the next/previous page (eight methods at a time).
An arrow at the start and/or end of the list indicates more
methods.
