______ All casters secure and swivel properly
______ Body restraints working properly
______ I.V. pole intact and operating properly
______ Oxygen bottle holder intact and operating properly
______ Fowler operating and latching properly
______ Optional articulating head piece locking and releasing properly
______ Gatch operating properly
______ Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg operating properly
______ No rips or cracks in mattress cover
______ Arm boards intact and operating properly
______ Arm board support levers intact and operating properly
______ Ground chain intact
______ No leaks at hydraulic connections
______ Hydraulic jacks holding properly
______ Hydraulic drop rate set properly
______ Hydraulic oil level sufficient
______ Lubricate where required (page 29)
______ Accessories and mounting hardware in good condition and working properly
Preventative maintenance should be performed at a minimum of annually. A preventative maintenance program should
be established for all Stryker Medical equipment. Preventative maintenance may need to be performed more frequently
based on the usage level of the product.
