6. Open-loop and closed loop control
AnexternalswitchgearcabinetisrequiredtooperatetheUltraSonichumidier.Inadditiontothetrans-
former required for operation, the switch gear cabinet must also house contactor relays, the master
switch, terminal strips and, if applicable, the proportional adapter, controller or conductivity measuring
equipment.
Closed-loopcontroloftheultrasonichumidiercantaketheformofeithertwo-point(ON/OFF)orpropor-
tional control. The control must be adapted as necessary for the project in question.

Faultywiringoftheswitchgearcabinetcancausethehumidiertobecomedefective.
The STULZ UltraSonicBNBultrasonichumidier may only be installed, connected and started up by
specialist electricians.
