7.3. Wall-mounted installation
Select the right type of installation to suit local circumstances. The examples below show the installation
ofaBNBultrasonichumidieronabracketandinatray.Iftheultrasonichumidierismountedonawall
bracket,thesafetyoverowmustbeconnectedtothedrainviaahose.Ifitisnotpossibletoconnectthe
safetyoverowtothedrain,theultrasonichumidiercanbeinstalledinatrayinwhichawatersensor
istted.Installtheunitsuchthatthemistexpelledbythefanisdistributeduniformlyeverywhereinthe
room.(Alsoseesection"5. Design and planning" on page 26).Persons in the blow-out area of the
humidiermustmaintainadistanceofapprox.5.0m.Boththewallbracketandsafetytrayareavailable
fromSTULZasoptionalaccessories(seesection"3.1. Optional accessories" on page 13).

Ifinstallingthehumidierinanelevatedlocation,makesurethatitiseasilyaccessibleforadjustments,
inspections,maintenanceandrepairwork.Insufcientspacecancausemaintenancepersonnelto
suffer injuries and accidents!

Adaptthe(on-site)fasteningoftheunitinlinewithlocalconditions.

The unit must be mounted precisely horizontally.
