Proceed as follows to connect the overow:

Connect the other end of the hose to the
local waste water system.

Use a clip to x the hose in place.

Push a drainage hose (inside diameter 15
mm) over the overow tting.

CAUTION
Using a safety tray.
If the humidier is mounted on a wall, the overow pipe must be connected for additional safety. How-
ever, no water ows into the overow during normal operation. If it is not possible to connect the
safety overow to the drain, install the humidier in the safety tray. (See section "7.3. Wall-mounted
installation" on page 34).
Note
CAUTION
Free overow.
The overow must not be closed while the unit is in operation.
IMPORTANT
Overow pipe 1/2", provided on site

No contact with waste water.
The overow must drain freely!
