STULZ UltraSonic -System for duct humidication ENS 14 A - 18 A- Start-up
Proceed as follows to ensure safe start-up:

Switch on the controller/electrical supply of the
ultrasonic humidier.

Establish a supply of demineralized drinking
water:
a) Open the on-site stop cock in the drinking
water supply pipe.
b) Check the demineralized drinking water
at the ultrasonic humidier.

Set the parameters of the humidity controller to
achieve the desired air humidity.

Check the function of the humidier:
a) Is mist emitted from all mist outlets?
b) Are push-in and screw connections tight?
c) Is the mist distributed evenly and is
there no possibility of condensation?

If you have made sure the humidier is function-
ing correctly, start-up is complete.
Otherwise, proceed with step 6.
After successful start-up, clean the unit
"9.4. Cleaning" on page 74.
CAUTION
Humidier start-up.
The humidier begins to humidify the room when the water tank in the unit is full.

This may take a few minutes.

Initial start-up.
The rst time the humidier is used, impurities may occur if not all affected parts
of the pipeline system have been cleaned before installation.

Uneven mist expulsion.
If mist is expelled unevenly, check that the unit is positioned horizontally.
