Disconnect the couplers for the thermo switch and
fan motor.
Remove engine coolant inlet pipe, reserve tank
inlet pipe and radiator inlet pipe.
Remove reserve tank coolant inlet pipe.
Remove the radiator and the cooling fun.
Loosen the cooling fun mounting bolts (3 bolts).
Remove thermo switch.
Installation
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.
Install radiator in the reverse order of removal.
Upon completion, check for any leakage.
Caution
Liquid packing must be applied to the thermo
switch before installing to avoid damaging the
radiator.
