Rear Cushion
Removal
Remove luggage box.
Remove air cleaner.
Remove rear cushion upper & lower bolts.
Remove rear cushion.
Installation
Install the rear cushion.
Tighten the upper & lower mounting bolts to
specified torque.
Torque value:
Upper mounting bolt: 3.5~4.5kgf-m
Lower mounting bolt: 2.4~3.0kgf-m
Press down the tail of the scooter for several times
to check cushion operation.
Install all components in reverse order of removal
procedures.
