Valve Disassembly
Remove the valves
Special Service Tool:
Valve remover/installer SYM-1471110/20
Caution
z Place a rag under the bottom of the
combustion chamber as disassembling to
prevent from valve stem deformation.
Remove the valve spring retainer, valve springs
and valves.
Clean carbon deposits in combustion chamber.
Clean residues and foreign materials on cylinder
head matching surface.
Caution
z Do not damage the matching surface of
cylinder head.
