Mount the water pump shaft and the inner
bearing to the right crankcase cover.
Install the circlip to hold the inner bearing.
Install water pump rotor
Install the seal washer into the rotor.
Caution
Washer must be replaced together with the
mechanical seal.
Install the rotor onto the water pump shaft and
tighten.
Torque Value:1.0~1.4 kgf-m
Caution
The rotor is left thread.
