Check the oil seal of fuel pressure regulator
for any damage or deformation.
Caution
● Replace the oil seal if any damage or
deformation is found.
Installation
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Inspection：
Disconnect the fuel pipe from the fuel injector.
Connect the fuel pressure gauge to check the
fuel pressure.
Caution
● Make sure the fuel pressure is normal
(2.5 bar).
● Always release the fuel pressure before
removing the fuel pipe to prevent the fuel
from splashing.
Special tool：
Fuel pressure gauge SYM-HT07010
Replace the fuel pressure regulator with new
one if malfunction is confirmed.
