Code Meaning
Cooling The heater is cooling, as
specified by a Ramp
segment.
Ending The method is complete
and the EGA furnace is
cooling until it can Air
Cool or open and unload.
Equilb The temperature is being
equilibrated to the desired
set point.
Err n An error has occurred.
The instrument display
will give the error code
number (n, a two-or-
three-digit code); the
controller screen will also
show the complete error
message.
Heating The heater temperature is
increasing, as specified by
a Ramp segment.
Holding Thermal experiment
conditions are holding;
the program is suspended.
Choose Start to continue
the run.
