What to do if tBPC oCare Pro100 shows no PR/SpO2 value?
    • A
      Angela KellyAug 16, 2025
If the tBPC Medical Equipment doesn't display a PR/SpO2 value within 25 seconds, there might be a simple fix. First, if your wrist skin is cold, try warming or rubbing the application site to boost blood circulation. Ensure the device is positioned correctly, slightly above the wrist bone, fitting closely but comfortably. Excessive ambient light can interfere, so adjust the watchband for a snug fit and avoid bright light during measurement. Also, the measurement site should be free of tattoos or hair. Finally, check for any blood flow restrictions from things like arterial catheters or blood pressure cuffs and reduce or eliminate them.

Why tBPC Medical Equipment can’t start continuous recording during measurement?
    • B
      Brandi FloresSep 10, 2025
If your tBPC Medical Equipment can’t start continuous recording during measurement, there are a few potential reasons: * The remaining battery may be less than 10%. If so, charge the battery fully before attempting continuous recording. * The device might be out of BLUETOOTH® range. Ensure the device is within approximately 10 meters (32.8 feet) of the paired device. * Radio frequency interference (like from a microwave) could be the issue. Try moving away from potential interference sources during the pairing process.
