Troubleshooting
If you encounter any problems when using ThinkNavi T7, please review the following information rst.
If the information below does not help to solve the problem you have encountered, please contact the customer centre.

When I press buttons, there is
no response.
Try resetting the system.
Press the RESET button at the back of the main unit to restart ThinkNavi.
The screen is barely visible.
Avoid placing the unit in areas receiving direct sunlight, and adjust the screen brightness.
Check to see if the brightness of the LCD screen is set correctly.
The “Insucient memory”
message appears.
Old map data may not have been deleted properly.
Use the Format program that is available from the [ThinkNavi Downloads] in the [Customer Support] menu of
the website, to format the main unit. Then reinstall map data.
Before formatting memory, make sure to back up the files in the ThinkNavidata folder.
What shall I do if the memory
card space is insucient?
As ThinkNavi map data is regularly updated, the memory requirements of files continue to rise.
For MP3 and video files, keep in mind file sizes and remaining available memory when using memory space.

I can’t view the image
properly.
You cannot view an image if its file format is not supported by ThinkNavi.
Supported image file formats are limited to JPG, BMP, PNG.
Depending on the condition of the system resource, you may not open very large image files.
You can open images of a maximum 10Mb pixels.
Troubleshooting
There is static/noise when
listening via an earphone
and/or I can hear sound only
via one side.
Static/noise may be inherent to the file itself.
Play the file back on a computer to check the condition.
Static/noise may be caused by foreign substances in the earphone.
Check the earphone and clean and remove any such substances.
If static/noise and/or any other sound problems persist after checking the above-mentioned conditions,
contact the corresponding earphone customer service centre.
I can’t play an audio le.
Check to see if the audio file extension is playable.
Only MP3 and WMA file extensions are supported.
I can’t play a video le.
If the video file includes a codec that is not supported, the sound or video or both may not be playable.
High-resolution video files may not be playable.
Use a video conversion program to lower the resolution, and try playing again.
