2 SAFTEY
The machine RC-1000 is controlled via remote control which means that the operator is away from
the machine from time to time. In order to ensure the optimal safety of the operator and other
people, the machine is equipped with a safety system which can either be activated manually or
automatically.
If the emergency stop is activated automatically or the emergency stop is activated on the remote
control, the following situations will occur:
- The engine will stop.
- The forward drive will be set to neutral.
- The brake will activate.
- The tool will stop.
When the emergency stop is activated on the machine, the mains voltage which leads to all the
electrical components will be interrupted.
2.1 Saftey sensor
Thanks to the safety sensor on the left side of the lifting
device, the tool cannot be lifted too high, which prevents
dangerous situations from occurring during work.
In the event that it is necessary to lift the mower all the
way up to its service position when driving the machine,
the horn may be triggered when raising the lifting
device.
When driving with a flail mower, the sensor is placed
into hole/notch no. 5 from the top.
If the machine gets out of range of the radio signal
The machine will stop automatically
If the radio signal is disrupted
The machine will stop automatically
If the same radio frequency is being used by another
machine
The machine will stop automatically
In the event that a dangerous situation occurs
Press the emergency stop button on the
machine
Press the emergency stop button on the
remote control
Radio connection between the receiver and the
transmitter is not established
Safty measures which prevent the
engine from starting
Press the emergency stop button on the remote
control or machine
