2.2 Tilt sensor.
A tilt sensor is fixed to the rear of the machine. This sensor
has two purposes.
1. Protection of the engine. The engine is tested and
approved for driving on slopes with a max
inclination of 50 degrees. When driving on a slope
higher than 50 degrees, the engine loses its ability to
lubricate and there is a risk of being damaged
2. Protecting the machine from tipping over.
The sensor operates so that its switch activates the
pendulum.
If the switch is activated for more than 1 second, the
machine
will trigger a sound signal (horn no. 1 will be triggered),
and the tool will turn off.
At this point, it is possible to carefully drive onto a more
flat surface
and continue working.
The horn will turn off automatically as soon as the tilt of the
machine
is less than 50 degrees.
Warning:
If the machine drives into a hole or slips on a slope, the tilt
sensor cannot respond in time before the machine tips over.
Therefore, always be very careful when driving near holes
or on non- compacted ground.
2.3 Warning signals
The machine is equipped with two acoustic horns
which
signal warnings to the driver of the machine.
The first emits a pulsating signal [horn no. 1], and
the second emits a continuous signal [horn no. 2].
When you start the machine, it activates [horn no. 1]
If the machine is stopped by using the remote control
without turning on the emergency stop on the
machine, [horn no. 1] will turn on automatically after
15 sec.
This feature is supposed to ensure that you are always leaving the machine when it is disconnected
from the power supply.
