3.3 Fuel pump
When replacing the fuel pump, it is necessary to make
sure that the pump is exactly identical. The pump is
chosen exactly according to its pressure and flow.
If you install a pump with a higher pressure, there is a
risk that the engine will run unevenly when driving on
a slope. This is either due to an excessive or
insufficient amount of gasoline in the carburettor.
Watch out for the direction of flow in the pump!
