4.3 Servo
4.3.1 Neutral settings.
If the belts do not stop when
the controller is neutral, it is
necessary to adjust the neutral
position.
The adjustment is performed
at the end of the two
servomechanisms.
1: Servo for the right belt
2: Servo for the left belt
Before adjustment yu can
check whethwe it is an
electrical or mechanical
problem.
-Lift up the machine so that
neither of the belts are
touching the ground.
-Remove all four conectors on both
servomechanisms (Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4)
-Start the machine. If the belts are still moving, it is necessary to adjust the servomechanisms.
-Loosen the locknut and turn the set screws until both belts stops completely.
-Tighten the locknut.
-Turn the machine off. Connect all the connectors back to the servomachanisms.
-Start the machine again, and check whether the problem has been solved and all funktions are
working.
If you want to decrease the speed of the RC-1000 machine, you can reduce the oscillation in the
servomechanism. The adjustment is performed on the set screws on both ends of the
servomechanism.
We do not recommend adjusting the screws, because this may cause the machine to not drive
straight at maximum speed.
Reduce the speed with the remote control
by turning the button to the left.
