4.4.1 Temperature sensor
Two sensors are located on the valve block
1: Oil temperature sensor.
If the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 82 °,
[horn no. 1] will activate and the warning light on the
control box will light up.
It is necessary to immediately stop the machine and
clean the cooler.
The horn will turn off automatically when the
oil temperature drops to 68 ° or if the
emergency stop switch is activated.
2: Cooling fan thermostat
The cooling fan alternately sucks and blows during one
cycle. It sucks for cooling and blows for cleaning.
Fan cycle: Suction 2.5 min, break 4 sec, blowing 15
sec, break 4 sec, suction 2.5 min, etc.
The fan will only start suction (cooling) after the oil temperature exceeds approximately 45°.
However, already when the machine is started, the fan operates for 15 seconds after every 2.5
minutes.
