Load samples into the same position on each of the two PCR plates ensuring that the samples
are placed symmetrically about a central point of the plate.

When using PCR plates,

Keep the load of samples and plates balanced when centrifuging samples of different relative densities.
After loading samples, ensure that the two plates are loaded equally using a balancer.

Keep the weight difference between the two plates to be equal to or less than 0.2g.
