10. DISPOSAL AND TRANSFER
When transferring or disposing the MX-307, 207 and 107 or any parts
of the MX-307, 207 and 107, please make sure that the following
procedures be taken before shipping it.
If the instrument or any parts of the instrument has been exposed to infectious
and hazardous or radioactive substances, the instrument or the parts must be
appropriately decontaminated before transfer or disposal.
If the instrument or any parts of the instrument has any residue of blood or
other chemicals and has been identified as hazardous, the instrument or the
parts must be appropriately decontaminated before transfer or disposal.
In order to properly fulfill our warranty obligations, we keep complete records on all products sold
to ensure that they should be marked and later identifiable. If transferring or disposing the MX-307,
207 or 107, please contact your dealer or local TOMY representative prior to disposal or transfer.
