Use the PCR96-02 at the set temperature of 4 ℃ or less.
Centrifugation at high temperature may cause damage to the plate, and thereby lead to
breakage of the instrument.
Do not centrifuge the plate cover, N801-0550 by Applied Biosystems at high speed.
Centrifugation at high speed may cause damage to the plate cover. Use plate sealings to prevent
the plate cover from breakage during high speed centrifugation.
Keep the PCR96-02 at its proper operating temperature of 25℃ or less.
If the PCR96-02 is kept at higher temperature, it makes it difcult to install the rack into the
TMA-300.

INSTALLING PROCEDURE
1. Correctly install the loaded plate into the
adapter (A96-01PC).

2. Load the plate into the rotor rack PCR96-02 after
being installed into the adapter so that the plate is
positioned inside the rack.
3. Make sure that the plates are properly seated in the
rack.
Do not install the plate into the back of the adapter.
Make sure the plate is not positioned on the
opposite side of the rack before running.
Check for any water drops or contaminants
inside the rack and make sure the plate does
not stick out from the rack before running.
