Check the correct rotor/bucket combination is set and install the bucket into all four places of
the rotor.
Ensure that no water drop or foreign material is inside the tube hole.
Place sample tubes symmetrically about the rotor axis while balancing the volume of the tubes
opposite one another. Ensure that the tubes are placed symmetrically about a central point of the
bucket.
Check all buckets on the rotor swing freely.
Place the lid onto the rotor and ensure that it is surely secured.
