1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Engagetheparkingbrake.
3.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
4.Cleantheengineareathoroughlyofalldebris.
5.Unlatchandremovetheradiatorscreenfromthe
frontoftheradiator(Figure54).

coolingsystempressurizeswithhot
coolantthatcanescapeandcauseburns.
Donotopentheradiatorcapwhenthe
engineisrunning.
Allowtheenginetocoolforatleast
15minutesoruntiltheradiatorcapis
coolenoughtotouchwithoutburning
yourhand.
Usearagtoopentheradiatorcap.
Openthecapslowlytoallowthe
steamtoescape.
