1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutofftheengine,andremove
thekey.
2.Removethehood;refertoRemovingtheHood
(page35).
3.Locatethe2loosewiresnexttothe
speedometer.
4.Removetheconnectorplugfromtheharness
wireandconnectthewirestogether.

mph.

•Seekimmediatemedicalattentionifuidisinjected
intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctor.
•Beforedisconnectingorperforminganyworkon
thehydraulicsystem,relieveallpressureinthe
systembyshuttingofftheengine,cyclingthe
dumpvalvefromraisetolower,and/orlowering
thecargobedandattachments.Placetheremote
hydraulicsleverintheoatposition.Donotwork
underaraisedbedwithouttheproperbedsafety
supportinplace.
•Ensurethatallhydraulic-uidhosesandlinesare
ingoodconditionandthatallhydraulicconnections
andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
thehydraulicsystem.
•Keepyourhandsandbodyawayfrompinhole
leaksornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic
uid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
